Breakfast (4 blocks)
2/3 c Steel Cut oatmeal
1/2 c ricotta cheese
1 c blueberries
4 tsp Laura Scudder Creamy Peanut Butter
1 tbsp maple syrup (I tried it without the syrup and it wasn't that tasty. I caved and added the syrup which made it much more palatable.)

am Snack (3 blocks)
Started with 2/3 of Vanilla Almond Clif Builder Bar then 30 min later still very hungry so I ate the rest.

CFE workout - 15 min TT swim: 850 meters

Lunch (4 blocks)
2 cups shredded green leaf lettuce
1 1/2 cups cauliflower
3 oz grilled pork chop
1 oz grilled spice rubbed flank steak
Healthy dose Bragg Healthy Vinaigrette
1 orange
5 Trader Joes Whole Wheat Honey Pretzels

Afternoon Snack ( 2 blocks)
2 apricots
1 string cheese
1 hard boiled egg

Dinner (Too many carbs to count)
Spontaneous Cheat Night - went out for Thai food
Panang Beef
Eggplant & Tofu
Lots of white rice
2 1/2 finger size egg rolls
Feeling rather bloated right now! Unfortunately this dinner really wasn't worth it. Still struggling to find a Thai restaurant that meets my expectations. Oh to be back on Guam.
